- What are the prizes?

- How many Tune Tokens and prizes can I get?
You'll receive one (1) Tune Token for every participating product you purchase; however, you can only collect each Tune squad character once. You can see how many Tune Tokens you currently have and which characters you've collected in your Token tracker.
Each household can get up to five (5) prizes! Just make sure to claim them before 10/31/21.
- Why do you need to review my receipt(s)?
- We want to give everyone the same chance to participate. By reviewing each receipt and verifying purchases, we're able to give you the right amount of Tune Tokens and minimize any fraudulent activity.
- What are the requirements my receipt(s) needs to meet?
- Your photo must include your entire receipt or specifically the retailer name, purchase date and time, participating products, purchase price, and receipt total
- Your receipt must include at least one (1) participating product
- Your receipt must be dated between 5/31/31 - 9/30/21
- Your photo must be a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .pdf file and under 10 MB in size
- Your photo must only contain only one (1) receipt because we can only verify one at a time
- Your photo must be clear and readable since real people behind the scenes (our squad) will need to review and verify your purchases
- I uploaded a receipt, but I don’t see my new Tune Tokens yet...
- Because of the number of receipts we receive, approving your receipts can take up to 72 hours. This means that your Token tracker won’t update until we’ve approved your receipt, so please be patient!
- My receipt couldn’t be approved. What happened?
- Your email from TuneTokens@e.helloworldmail.com should tell you exactly why we couldn’t approve your receipt. So please reference that email and use the contact form below if you have any questions.
- My receipt was approved, but I didn’t get a Tune Token for every participating product I purchased...
- You may have purchased General Mills brand products that aren’t on the participating product list OR you may have already received the maximum amount (60) of Tokens. If you still have questions regarding the number of Tune Tokens you received, please see the list of participating products in the Official Rules or fill out the contact form below to get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
- I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
- Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure you'reusing the most up-to-date version of your browser.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of participants we havein each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you have any further questions, please fill out the contact form below.
- Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register?
- Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes and tells us where to send any physical prizes you win.
- How does the sweepstakes work?
- Qualifying receipt uploads from Walmart can earn you entries for a chance to win a Movie Night Prize Bundle. Three (3) eligible products (Tune Tokens) will get a consumer 1 sweepstakes entry. Limit of 10 entries per person. See Official Rules for free method of entry.
